I have the feeling that you can take no matter which two colors and make art out of it. This flower is a detail from a bigger painting. Here I’m experimenting with simple forms and just a few colors: grey, gold and pink and a little bit of blue and yellow. I am a big fan of bright colors, so gray is not a natural go to for me. But I’m starting to like it more and more these days. Maybe because it makes the other colors pop?
